Jane Macdonnell brings a wealth of experience in commercial and property law to our company. In 2004 Jane was admitted and worked as a senior associate in an esteemed international top tier law firm. Jane holds a Bachelor of Laws, awarded with first class honours, from the University of Queensland.
Jane’s expertise is advising clients in residential and mixed use property development projects, including acquisitions, disposals and community title arrangements. Jane’s extensive experience and in-depth knowledge encompasses commercial matters, primarily hotel and business sales and purchases, liquor and gaming matters, commercial and retail leasing as well as development and sale of ‘off the plan’ projects. Her major focus has been in community management and strata titling, including management rights, sales and acquisitions. Recently, Jane has advised large clients that include government owned corporations, airport corporations, hoteliers and property developers.
“Whether my client is a large corporation, small investor or an individual living in a duplex or small block of units, I believe that they all deserve the same level of attention and representation. Commercial matters are complex to navigate with many issues to consider, and the same applies to matters involving community titled living arrangements. The challenge of providing the attention to detail required to achieve the best outcome for my client, and the satisfaction of doing so, makes my job so enjoyable for me.”
